This ethos, coupled with cutting-edge systems – an in-house laboratory, plus in-house machinery and software design and manufacturing capabilities – allows us the highest possible levels of quality control and reliability. Aside from sourcing electrical components, we are completely self-sufficient. We hold a healthy stock of consumable and key spare parts for our customers, and our direct link to the Universal Pack Italy factory allows us to order in custom parts as fast as if we were there!
The machinery we can provide is broad and bespoke: everything from a stand-alone New Sachet/Stick Pack (Multilane, vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) Machine to a fully integrated Turnkey Sachet or Stick line including collation, box forming and closing machinery (fully applicable to CFR21 standard). Our team of expert-level engineers are specifically educated in Universal Pack Machinery, meaning their knowledge of our product and the quick support they can offer is incomparable.
